Meetings

The hotel has five modern multifunctional conference rooms with large areas of glazing to provide ample daylight. They are extremely suitable for single and multi-day conferences, meetings and seminars for up to 160 participants. The function rooms are all located immediately adjacent to the lobby, in the centre of the building on the ground floor.

High quality
The function rooms are all furnished to a very high standard: easily adjustable lighting, air conditioning, wireless internet, ergonomic seating and low-noise doors. Our staff and our modern technology guarantee problem-free conferences and meetings.

Foyer
A foyer with a buffet bar is located near the function rooms. This room is particularly suitable as a reception area for guests or as an exhibition or presentation space (for example for the presentation of a new model of car).

Terrace / Marquee
Adjacent to two of the function rooms and the foyer is an extensive terrace and garden, designed by the well-known landscape architect Dick Beijer. This terrace and the adjacent meadow are perfect for breaks, drinks, presentations or the erection of a marquee.

Product presentations
If you would like to present a product or perhaps an inflatable advert in front of the hotel (visible from the N201 highway), a suitable location is provided on site, close to the hotel's flagpoles.

Events
We would be delighted to facilitate your business or promotional event. If you feel your event, or part of it, could use more of festive flavour, or if it involves more than 160 participants, then you could do a lot worse than booking the Claus Event Center only 75 yards away. The two buildings can even be connected with a temporary passageway. The Claus Event Center has a variety of function rooms and a total capacity of 3000 persons.

Parking and accessibility
The Claus Hotel and Event Centre has ample parking facilities. Two large car parks are located in front of the hotel and diagonally opposite the event center. Security is monitored at the car park in front of the hotel, and a charge is made for this. The car park opposite the event center is free of charge. Despite the security measures we have in place we advise that you always take any valuable items out of your vehicle.
