Meetings & Conferences
Both the Claus Event Center and the Courtyard by Marriott offer meeting arrangements for every occasion. Your choice between the two venues may well be based on the surroundings and the facilities provided in these two superb locations.

Claus Event Center
As well as facilities for festive occasions, the stylish function rooms form an attractive background for meetings with a commercial character. The great variety of function rooms and restaurants makes it possible to meet almost any requirement your organisation might have.

Versatility and flexibility are major plus points. The Claus Hotel & Event Center handle all their own catering and also the technical side of things, and are therefore able to put forward a team of enthusiastic and creative people with a wealth of experience in the organisation of business and leisure events. And we do this without losing sight of the virtues of hospitality, which is as it should be.

The Claus Event Center has function rooms with capacity for meetings of up to 500 persons. The total capacity for an event is 3000 persons. As well as the event center, the nearby Courtyard by Marriott hotel also has rooms suitable for meetings. You might for example meet and lunch in the hotel, have dinner and a party in the Claus Event Center and round off the day with an overnight stay in the hotel!

Courtyard by Marriott
The hotel has five modern multifunctional conference rooms with large areas of glazing to provide ample daylight. They are extremely suitable for single and multi-day conferences, meetings and seminars for up to 160 participants. All the function rooms are located immediately adjacent to the lobby, in the centre of the building on the ground floor.

The function rooms are furnished to a very high standard, with easily adjustable lighting, air conditioning, wireless internet, ergonomic seating and low-noise doors. Our staff and our modern technology guarantee problem-free conferences and meetings.
