Who starts working with us will be counselled by an experienced employee or manager as of the first day. During the first week you will be introduced to your colleagues of the various business units. Soon you will be invited for a hospitality training whereby you are introduced to the Claus philosophy and culture. Here, quality, professionalism and hospitality are key concepts, because that is what it is all about to our guests. Within this framework we offer you the possibility to realise your ambitions. If necessary you will be trained by colleagues in various computer applications and professional matters. Furthermore there is a training budget for which employees can qualify. After all, you never stop learning. Not even once you started at Claus Hotel & Event Center.
